34th IPGA Annual conference was organized on 24th and 25th September by Indian Pharmacy Graduates’ Association (IPGA) Maharashtra state branch in collaborationwithD.Y.PatilDeemedUniversitySchoolofPharmacy,NaviMumbai and Drug Inspectors Welfare Association (DIWA) at HMCT Auditorium, D.Y.Patil Deemed University, Navi Mumbai. 24th September 2022: The chief guest for the conference was Padma Shri Prof. Dr. G. D. Yadav (Emeritus Professor of Eminence). The conference commenced with lamp lighting by dignitaries. A welcome address was given by Mr. Shirish Dabhade (LOC Chairman), followed by felicitation of all the dignitaries. The souvenir was then released by the chief guest and all the dignitaries. An opening address was then given by Dr. Arun Garg and Dr. Atul Kumar Nasa. Then another enlighting talk was presented by Mr. Ajit Parulekar on the topic: ‘Artificial Intelligence & implications for healthcare’ followed by another talk given by Mr. Sarthak Ranade (Topic: India-Pharmacy of theworld).Thetalksgavesomuchclaritytocurrentnoveltopicsofinterestinthe fieldofPharma.AteabreakwastakenfollowedbyaverymotivationaltalkbyMr. AjitKaikinionthetopic‘PerformingIntellectualtopracticalprofessional’.Theday ended with National Anthem. 25thSeptember2022:TheconferencecelebratedWorldPharmacistsDaywiththe presenceofDr.MontuKumarPatel-PresidentofPharmacyCouncilofIndiaasthe chief guest. The celebration commenced with a powerful dance by the D.Y.Patil Deemed to be University School of Pharmacy, Navi Mumbai students. TookgoddessSaraswati’sblessingsbylightingthelamp.Awelcomeaddresswas thendeliveredbyDr.RakeshSomani,followedbyfelicitationofallthedignitaries. A special felicitation of Dr.Montu Kumar Patelwas done byDr.SushantPatiland Dr. C.S. Thammaiah on behalf of D. Y. Patil Deemed University, Navi Mumbai. It was followed by felicitation of Dr. Montu Kumar Patel by Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI) Maharashtra state branch and Mumbai regional branch. All the hospital pharmacists of D Y Patil Hospital, Navi Mumbai was done on occasionofWorldPharmacitsDay.Dr.MontuKumarPatelthenpresentedhistalk explaining the importance of pharmacists and the changes needed to uplift pharmacyasaprofession.Itwasthenfollowedbyafirechat,powerpackedPanel discussion on the theme: “Pharmacy united in action for a healthier world." The panelists were Dr. Vijay Bhalla, Dr. Nitin Kadam, Mr. Sachin Kamble, Adv Nilesh Gandhi, Mr. Rahul Dongre and MODERATOR: Dr. M D Burande. Therewasafunquizarrangedfortheaudienceonthethemeofworldpharmacists day. The quiz had 15 questions which were to be solved in 15 mins. The quiz winnerswerethenawarded,followedbyvaledictorynotegivenbyDr.AtulKumar Nasa. During valedictory function, the felicitation of all the Local Organizing Committee members was done followed by a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Sachin Kamble. The celebration ended with National Anthem

It was a 4 day's program from 24th to 27th September having number of events in it to advocate and appreciate the role of pharmacist in improving health care around the world Pharmacist Day 2022 was celebrated with tremendous joy by all staff as well as the students. At the beginning Dr. Shruti Rathore Principal of institution discussed various activities organized by the institute on the occasion of World Pharmacist Day. Mr. Ankit Jain Vice Chairman of the LCIT School of Pharmacy blessed all the staff members and students with his kind words. Dr Manju Rawat Singh, President, IPGA CG State Branch, Raipur CG joined the program online , was the Chief Guest and discussed the theme of this year of Pharmacist Day i.e. “Pharmacy United in action for a healthier world”. The students and members of faculty then took the pharmacist oath collectively to remind their role towards the society and health care system. To celebrate this day various events were organized like pharmacy cricket league, plantation drive, short clip video making competition, volley ball league, pharma rally, quiz competition, model presentation, tug of war. Students showed great enthusiasm to be a part of the events. The aim of organizing various events on the occasion of world pharmacist day to make Pharmacist feel special and proud in healthcare community. The valedictory function was completed with various cultural events on 25th September with the presence of 500 students. Runner up & first prize winner were awarded by trophies, medals & certificates. The program was ended with vote of thanks and pledge of national antheM

Columbia Institute of Pharmacy [CIP] in association with Indian Pharmaceutical Graduate Association [IPGA], Raipur celebrated World Pharmacist Day 2022 on 24th september 2022. World Pharmacist Day was celebrated to pay tribute to all those pharmacist who are providing service with kindness and honesty. For the celebration of World Pharmacist Day, 3 D Poster competition and Packaging for Various dosage form was organized on the theme “Pharmacy United in action for a Healthier World”, in which the students took part enthusiastically. Programme started with saraswati vandana and lamp lihtening. Oath’s taking ceremony was conducted by Mr. Gunjan Kalyani. The program was organized in presence of Prof. Ravindra Kumar Pandey, General Secretary of Indian Pharmacy Graduate Association & Professor, CIP. The members of IPGA Chhattisgarh branch were present in the event.

Columbia Institute of Pharmacy [CIP] in association with Indian Pharmaceutical Graduate Association [IPGA], Raipur celebrated World First Aid Day and International Literacy Day 2022 on 12th September 2022. International Literacy Day was celebrated on 08th September and World First Aid Day was celebrated on 12th September. For the celebration of International Literacy Day, Essay Competition was organized, in which the students took part enthusiastically. For the celebration of World First Aid Day; the institute organized Quiz Competition. The program was organized by Prof. Ravindra Kumar Pandey, General Secretary of IPGA & Professor, CIP. The members of IPGA Chhattisgarh; Dr. Beena Gidwani and Ms. Monika Bhairam were present in the event. The members of IPGA Chhattisgarh Ms. Neha Dubey and Ms. Shilpa Sahu were the committee members and Head of the committee. Ms. Dubey explained about the First Aid to all the students. The competition was judged by the Mr. Gunjan Kalyani and Mr. Sagar Sahu.

Integrated IPGA Students Forum, Women forum of IPGA MP State Branch Chaired a First Executive Council Meeting for both newly Constituted Forums in the capacity of President IPGA MP State Branch.
