Shri Sham Lal Nasa, born on 10th December, 1935. He got his Diploma in Pharmacy from Punjab University, Amritsar in the year 1956. He earned his B.Pharm and M.Pharm from College of Pharmacy, (DIPSAR) University of Delhi. He started his career as a Hospital Pharmacist in Kalawati Saran Children Hospital (Lady Harding Hospital) and Safdarjang Hospital from 1956 to 1964. Shri Nasa has been actively engaged in development and regulation of pharmacy education in India, has 31 years teaching experience in various levels at College of Pharmacy, Delhi (Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research) from 1964 to 1995 teaching Diploma Pharmacy & Bachelor Pharmacy & Post Graduate pharmacy students in pharmaceutics & hospital pharmacy. He guided number of students in M.Pharma in hospital pharmacy. He is external examiner in various universities and technical education boards. He has presented & published number of scientific papers in the national & international conferences

Secretary and President.After having a short stint with industry joined the Drugs Control Dept., Delhi. Serving in various capacities, retired as Dy. Drugs Controller and Licensing Authority. Introduced the concept of enforcement by education which led to author books on GMP, GLP, Validation, Stability Studies, Cosmetics and Drug Information. Recipient of Best Drugs Control Officer Award, K.C. Chatterjee Memorial Award, IPGA Lifetime Achievement Award. Currently, consultant and guest faculty.
MrBhanuDua passed B. Pharm (Hons) from Birla Institute Of Technology (BITS) Pilani in the year 1972. Established ‘GLYCO’ brand in medical profession since 1974 . Founder member of ‘The Indian Pharmacy Graduates’ Association’ and founder Trustee of the ‘IPGA Welfare Trust.’ Served as ‘General Secretary’ for three terms and ‘President ‘ for one term of the Association. Recipient of ‘FELLOWSHIP AWARD’ in 2012 and ‘LIFE ACHIVEMENT AWARD’ in 2015 of IPGA. Represented IPGA in the ‘INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF FIP’ held at Amsterdam in 2012. Played important role in organizing successfully the three IPC held in Delhi

Mr. Atul Kumar Nasa is the President of Indian Pharmacy Graduates' Association (IPGA) & Managing Trustee of IPGA WELFARE TRUST. Atul Kumar Nasa, deputy drugs controller with charge of Controlling & Licensing Authority (CLA) at the drugs control department in the Delhi government, has been awarded the ‘Best Drugs Control Officer Award -2017’ instituted by the All India Drugs Control Officers’ Confederation (AIDCOC). He has also been accorded the ‘Fellowship of Indian Pharmaceutical Association’ considering his hitherto entire professional trajectory in the field of pharmacy and drugs regulation. Both the recognitions were given to him during the inaugural session of the 69th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress, held at Chitkara University in Rajpura in Punjab recently. Currently, A K Nasa is the head of office of the drugs control department with the government at the national capital territory (NCT) of Delhi. An officer with more than 25 years experience in enforcement of drug laws, Atul Nasa has participated various national and international conferences on pharmacy and related fields. He has been a part of all the programs organized by WHO, CDSCO and other industry associations on myriad topics related to drug regulations. He is a member of the Drugs Consultative Committee (DCC) and also a member of the national pharmacy council (PCI).
Prof (Dr.) Arun Garg did his Post graduation in Pharmacology from Delhi University in 1986 under the guidance of Prof (Dr.) S. S. Agrawal and Doctorate from The Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai in 2006 under the guidance of Dr B Suresh, President , PCI & Vice Chancellor, JSS University, Mysore. He started his career in 1986 as a lecturer in Hindu College of Pharmacy, Sonepat, Haryana and later served All India Council for Technical education (AICTE) New Delhi as a Asst. Director for three years. He also served Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, as Course Co-ordinator from the year 2000 to 2004. Prof. Garg has been associated with Quality Pharmacy Education as an academician from past 30 yrs. Presently he is serving as Professor & Dean, School of Medical & Allied Sciences, K R Mangalam University, Gurgaon, Haryana. His research areas of interest are Drug Utilization Studies, Quality of Life studies, Rational Use of drugs, Hepatotoxicity, Liver Regeneration, Diabetes, Hypertension and Cosmetics.
Mr. Vijay Bhalla has been serving as a Treasurer of Indian Pharmacy Graduates’ Association from past six years and has actively involved with the association from last 20 years. He did Diploma in Pharmacy in the year 1980 and Bachelor of Pharmacy from Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (DIPSAR) from Delhi University in 1983. Having obtained the Masters degree in Pharmacy from Delhi University in the year 1985, started his career with Upjohn a US based multinational organization as a Medical Representative, later worked with Pharmaceutical giants like Hindustan Ciba Geigy, Sandoz, Novartis in various capacities. Having the flair and acumen for teaching Mr. Bhalla joined UP Technical University as Associate Professor in the year 2005 and was elevated as Head of Department, Dean Academics and Principal at various institutes. He is serving as Director in Lloyd School of Pharmacy, Greater Noida.
Shripati Singh, best known as S.P. Singh, M. Pharm. (1980) BHU Asstt. Professor at BCP Patna and MIT Muzaffarpur for more than 6 yrs. from 6.9. 1980 to 4.11. 1986. Helped several Pharmacy Graduates in setting up of their Pharmaceutical Industries and other Industries as Project Manager, General Manager, Dy Director and JOINT DIRECTOR (Rtd. from this post) Industries Dept Bihar Government from 5.11. 1986 to 31.7.2014.
B. Pharm & M. Pharm from Jadavpur University, Pharmaceutical Technology Dept. He joined Directorate of Drugs Control as Drugs Inspector of in the year 1986. He is presently serving as Assistant Director cum licensing authority of Birbhum district, West Bengal. Additionally he holds positions like Secretary of the Technical Officers Association (West Bengal Drugs control) since 1987, Executive Committee Member of West Bengal State Pharmacy Council from 1990 to 2013, and President of IPGA Bengal Branch since 2013. Drugs Controller (India), CDSCO, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. He has given outstanding and sincere contribution to Drugs Control Organization. His meticulous and prompt act in the enforcement of Drugs & Cosmetics Act has been highly appreciated. Mr. Tapan Kumar Chaudhuri, is a Pharmacy Graduate & Post Graduate from prestigious University. He started his career as Lecturer in west Bengal. He was appointed as Inspector of Drugs, Directorate of Drugs, West Bengal and promoted to Assistant Director of Drugs. he is an active member of IPGA and held many executive positions at the National Level as Joint Secretary-IPGA. He was also Associate Secretary to organize 70th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress 2018 at Amity Univerity.
