Dr. Ramanpreet Walia has 19 years of academic experience. She has worked with various Pharmacy Colleges holding senior positions. Presently working as Associate Professor in Amity Institute of Pharmacy, amity University , Noida. She is a registered Patent Agent (IN/PA 2700) by GOI. She has worked in one of the top IPR law firm of the country. She has been awarded a Women Scientist (WOS-C) scholarship from TIFAC under DST, Delhi. Dr Walia has done her Ph.D from Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur and her Masters from Panjab University Chandigarh. She has made contributions in the field of phytochemistry and heterocyclic chemistry, During the last 15 years of her academic and research career, she has published more than 18 research papers in reputed international journals that include Hamdard Medicus, International Journal of Drug Regulatory affairs, European journal of Pharmaceutical and medical Research, etc., She has given various lectures on IPR in various sectors of Innovations at Institute, National and International level. Her recent achievement is she is empaneled as IPR Facilitator for startups by GOI (In updated list of February 2020)
Dr. Anju Goyal has dedicated 27 years to her role as a Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance at Faculty of Pharmacy in Udaipur, Rajasthan. She is life member of professional organizations, APTI (Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India), IPA (Indian Pharmaceutical Association), IPGA (Indian Pharmacological Society), and APP (Association of Pharmacy Professionals). Her significant contributions to research are evident in her extensive publication record, which includes over 150 articles in indexed national and international peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Goyal has also authored three books tailored for B. Pharmacy and D. Pharmacy students, demonstrating her commitment to advancing pharmaceutical education. Dr. Goyal actively engages in scientific forums, presenting over 100 abstracts at various conferences. Her versatile role in national and international seminars and conferences, from organizer and convener to coordinator, invited speaker, evaluator, and chairperson of scientific sessions, showcases her leadership and expertise. In the realm of mentorship, Dr. Goyal has supervised more than 50 M. Pharm students and numerous B. Pharm projects. She has guided 16 scholars to the completion of their doctoral degrees, with 8 currently under her mentorship, highlighting her dedication to cultivating the next generation of pharmaceutical professionals. Dr. Goyal's editorial roles as Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board member, and Reviewer for various peer-reviewed national and international journals underscore her influence in shaping scholarly discourse. Her appointment as a final reviewer for the Monograph on Triphala (Three fruits) under the American Herbal Pharmacopoeia and Therapeutic Compendium in 2020 further emphasizes her global recognition. As the Convener of the APTI Women forum, Rajasthan State branch and West zone coordinator for the IPGA Women forum, Dr. Goyal actively contributes to the advancement of women in pharmaceutical academia. Her recent accolade, the Nari Shakti Shiromani Award in 2023,and IPGA Women Achiever award in 2025 is a testament to her outstanding contributions to the field.
