Our Vision
The mission of women forum of IPGA is to support women pharmacy professionals to achieve their full potential; to encourage, enable and facilitate their active involvement in varied pharmacy employment involving teaching, learning, hospital and community pharmacy, and regulatory life etc. We seek to achieve this by harnessing the core values that guide everything we do. In the changing scenario women pharmacy graduates have established their dominant presence from being effective workers to present leaders. This forum is dedicated to support women pharmacy graduates in all spheres of their professional and personal development. We tend to empower women in pharmacy profession to be accessible, creative, leaders, change makers and collaborators.
Our Objectives
- To provide a common platform to women pharmacy graduates to improve their responsiveness on their opinions and apprehensions.
- To promote women in governance position in various fields of Pharmacy- Academic, Industrial, Regulatory affairs, Community Service, Clinical Pharmacy in hospital in India etc.
- To recognise the operational and professional needs that are critical for overall expansion and establishment of women’s’ role in pharmacy.
- To initiate and support the professional skills of working women through training, interactions, and collaborations.
